To Book an Appointment

Please inform the medical staff that you wish to be seen for a ‘Wound Care Assessment’. 

The initial assessment will take approximately 2 hours and for Ontario residents the assessment is covered by OHIP.

Easily Accessible

The Judy Dan Centre is easily accessible by public transit and car.

The centre is on the south side of Finch Ave, west of Bathurst Street. It is located in the former Branson Hospital and now the Branson site of North York General Hospital.

Subway: Take the Yonge subway to Finch Station and transfer to the Finch Avenue West bus.

Bus: There is a bus stop directly in front of the building, on the Finch Avenue West bus route.

Car: The Judy Dan centre is located 1.5 km north of Highway 401. Parking available.
